that there is a missing factor of 2 that should multiply v4
in equation (2.33). Put the extra factor of 2 into equation
(2.33) and explore the effects of this change on figure 2.9.
Show that this correction causes qualitatively significant
differences if you keep v4=30mV. Show that, if you change v4
to 15mV, there are only minor quantitative differences between
the original and the modified Morris-Lecar simulations. Why? |
